RESOLUTION NO. 17-77
APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR TURCO CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, Turco Construction has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's
office; and
WHEREAS, Turco Construction has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the
Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and
WHEREAS, a background check on the company representatives who will be working in Lino
Lakes have been completed by the Public Safety Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota:
Dustin Poe and Dalton Thomas of Turco Construction are hereby authorized to vend for a period
of six -months beginning July 25, 2017 and ending January 25, 2017.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July, 2017.

Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being
taken re
