17 The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. in the Council Workroom at Lino Lakes
18 City Hall.

20 The meeting was convened as a closed session of the city council pursuant to the Open
21 Meeting Law for the express purpose of discussing assessment mediation.

23 The meeting was not recorded as allowed under state statute.

25 The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
