15 Mayor Reinert called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. in the Council Workroom at Lino
16 Lakes City Hall.

18 The meeting was convened as a closed session of the city council pursuant to the Open
19 Meeting Law for the express purpose of discussing labor negotiations.

21 The meeting was recorded as required.

23 The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
