16 Mayor Reinert called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Work Room at
17 Lino Lakes City Hall.

19 The meeting was convened as a closed session of the city council pursuant to the Open
20 Meeting Law for the express purpose of discussing the matter of assessments for the
21 I-35E/CSAH 14 Project.

23 The meeting was not recorded as permitted by attorney-client privilege.

25 The meeting was adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
