15 Mayor Reinert called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Work Room at
16 Lino Lakes City Hall.

18 The meeting was convened as a closed session of the city council pursuant to the Open
19 Meeting Law for the express purpose of discussing labor negotiations.

21 The meeting was recorded and the recording is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

23 The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
