15 Mayor Reinert announced that the work session would be closed at 7:15 p.m. in the
16 Council Work Room at Lino Lakes City Hall.

18 The meeting was convened as a closed session of the city council pursuant to the Open
19 Meeting Law for the express purpose of discussing labor negotiations.

21 The meeting was not recorded due to complications with the recording equipment.

23 The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
