15 Mayor Reinert announced that the work session would be closed at 7:00 p.m. in the
16 Council Work Room at Lino Lakes City Hall.

18 The meeting was convened as a closed session of the city council pursuant to the Open
19 Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing labor negotiations.

21 The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.

23 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
24 December 12, 2011.
