16 Mayor Reinert called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. in the Council Work Room at
17 Lino Lakes City Hall.

19 Council Member Gallup moved to close the meeting at 5:35 p.m. so that the council
20 could discuss labor negotiations. Council Member Rafferty seconded the motion.
21 Motion adopted upon a unanimous voice vote.

23 Administration Director Tesch reported on labor negotiations.

25 The meeting was recorded and the recording is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

27 The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
