A special meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board had
been scheduled for this date to consider a change in the plat of
Pine Vista II. Due to a lack of a quorum the meeting could not be
called to order. However, the members present agreed to discuss
informally the changes planned by Mr. Nelson.
Mr. Nelson was.informed this information could be received and
and forwarded to the Council =without a recommendation from this
Board.
There was discussion on the suggested change in the configuration
of the street with the Board asking the Clerk to forward this in-
formation to Mr. c•ctwald and M.P. Short. Their concern was in re--
rerence to the use of this street by emergency vehicles - was its
adequate.
There was also the question of the necessity of republishing and
holding another public hearing. The Clerk is to contact Mr. Lochei
on this matter.
Mr. Feyen, who owns land to the North of Mr. Nelson's property, was
in the audience. He had some questions as to the drainage of this
plat.
Mr. Nelson had ales applied for a variance to split a lot in Pine
Vista I. The Board asked that he get an exact legal description
for this split. This will be presented at the June 15, 1977
regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board.
