RESOLUTION NO. 17-109
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UPDATE OF
PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City prepared a Pavement Management Plan in 2004, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is necessary to update the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that
staff is authorized to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates to update the Pavement
Management Plan for a not to exceed cost of $13,430.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of September, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced byCouncil Member
Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon vote
being taken thereon, the followingvoted in favor thereof:
Kusterman, Manthey, aher, Rafferty, Reinert
