16 Mayor Reinert called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Work Room at
17 Lino Lakes City Hall.

19 Council Member Rafferty moved that the meeting be closed so that the council could
20 discuss the proposed purchase of property. Council Member Roeser seconded the
21 motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.

23 Economic Development Coordinator Divine reported on the proposed purchase.

25 The meeting was recorded and the recording is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

27 The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
