26 Council Member Gallup moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Item IA. Council Member
27 O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.

32 to conduct an excluded bingo event on June 19,2010

34 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT, MICHAEL GROCHALA

36 2A) Pine Street Paving Improvements,Resolution No. 10-47 Accepting Bids and Awarding a
37 Construction Contract—City Engineer Studenski noted that that bids were opened and good prices
38 offered on the project. The city did receive a letter from one resident who does not oppose the project
39 but doesn't agree with how assessments are set. Staff does not agree with any change to the
40 assessment method at this time. The public hearing on the project will be held on June 28 at the city
41 council meeting.

43 Mr. Studenski said he is recommending that the council accept the bids and award the construction
44 contract as presented in the resolution.

48 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 10-47 as presented. Council Member
49 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
