LINO LAKES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 01-90
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONTROL, AUTHORITY,
AND OPERATION OF CITY OF LINO LAKES MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS, HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") of the Lino
Lakes Economic Development Authority (the "EDA") as follows:
1. Recitals. All actions required by the applicable provisions of
Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.097 to 469.108 inclusive, have been duly taken in
order to create, constitute, and activate the EDA.
2. Accepting Project Control, Authority and Operation. In accordance
with Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.094, Subdivision 2, the Board hereby accepts
on behalf of the EDA control, authority and operation of the Projects and Tax
Increment Financing Districts referred to in Resolution No. 33-90 of the City
Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, adopted on June 11, 1990, a copy of
which is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A.
3. Effective Date. This resolution shall be effective as of the date
hereof.
Adopted by the Board of the EDA this 18th day of June
19 90.
