Park Board Minutes
The November 6, 2017 City of Lino Lakes Park Board Meeting was held in conjunction with the
City Council Work Session. Karen Blaska, Park Planner from Anoka County presented to the
Council the Anoka County Parks and Recreation Department Master Plan for the Rice Creek
Chain of Lakes Park Reserve.
Following that Agenda item, Candice Amberg from WSB & Associates presented to the Council
the Country Lakes Park Remaster Planning Proposal. Rick DeGardner and Parks Supervisor
Mike Hoffman were in attendance to answer any questions and provide clarification.

Minutes. Karen Blaska began her Agenda Item No. 2 at 6:55 PM and Candice Amberg was
finished at approximately 7:30 PM.
