RESOLUTION NO. 17-112
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, 2017 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2017 Surface Water
Maintenance Project, quotes were received, and tabulated:

Olson's Sewer Service, Inc.

CW Houle, Inc.
Did not quote.
Penn Contracting, Inc.
Did not quote.
North Pine Aggregate
Did not quote.
WHEREAS, it appears that Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. is the lowest responsible quote; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Olson's Sewer
Service, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the 2017 Surface Water
Maintenance Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on
file in the office of the City Clerk; and
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of October, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey , Kusterman, Rafferty, Reinert
