RESOLUTION NO. 17-113
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONTRACT, BALD
EAGLE BOULEVARD DRIVER FEEDBACK SIGN
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the Bald Eagle Boulevard Driver Feedback Signs,
quotes were received, and summarized:
CONTRACTOR
TOTAL BID
Traffic Safety Corp.
$7,097.00
WSB and Associates, Inc.
$7,130.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Traffic Safety Corp. is the lowest responsible quoter; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Traffic Safety
Corp., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the supply of the Bald Eagle Boulevard Driver
Feedback Signs.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of October, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Kusterman, Manthey, Rafferty, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none (absent - Maher)
