RESOLUTION NO. 17-114
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, 2017 TRAIL MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2017 Trail Maintenance
Project, quotes were received, and tabulated:

WHEREAS, it appears that Arcade Asphalt, Inc. of Lino Lakes, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Arcade Asphalt, Inc.
for the construction of the 2017 Trail Maintenance Project in the amount of $87,550.00;
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of October, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Manthey, Kusterman, Reinert
