RESOLUTION NO. 17-115
APPROVING INTERSECTION CONTROL EVALUATION
CENTERVILLE ROAD (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) AT ASH STREET (COUNTY ROAD J)
/WILKINSON LAKE BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, of the Intersection of Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) at Ash Street (CR
J)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd has unsatisfactory levels of service; and
WHEREAS, the local road authorities including the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County and
Ramsey County, in partnership with the North Oaks Development Company and the City of
North Oaks have prepared an Intersection Control Evaluation report; and
WHEREAS, the Intersection Control Evaluation report recommends the construction of a
roundabout at the intersection of Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) at Ash Street (CR
J)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of
Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby approves the Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) report for
Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) at Ash Street (CR J)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of October, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council MembetRafferty and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Kusterman, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert
The following voted against same:
