RESOLUTION NO. 17-128
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO GM CONTRACTING, INC. FOR 2016 AQUA LANE
TO BLACK DUCK DRIVE TRUNK WATER MAIN PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 16-113 of the Council adopted September 26, 2016,
awarding the contract for the 2016 Aqua Lane to Black Duck Drive Trunk Water Main Project to
GM Contracting, Inc.
WHEREAS, GM Contracting, Inc. has completed construction of the project, and a summary of
costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that
Pay Voucher 4 (final) is approved to GM Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $65,834.03.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
