RESOLUTION NO. 17-138
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, A SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT, BLOCK 3 —
PHEASANT HILLS PRESERVE 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of a Surface Water Maintenance
Project, Block 3 — Pheasant Hills Preserve 5th Addition, quotes were received and tabulated:

Northland Landscape and
Construction, Inc.

Did not quote.
WHEREAS, it appears that Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. is the lowest responsible quote; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Olson's Sewer
Service, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of a Surface Water
Maintenance Project, Block 3 — Pheasant Hills Preserve 5th Addition according to the plans on file
in the office of the City Clerk; and
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of November, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Rei
