RESOLUTION NO. 17-149
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS (AMENDING MAY 8,
2017 FEASIBILITY REPORT), WEST SHADOW LAKE AREA AND LAMOTTE AREA
STREET AND UTILITY PROJECTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 17-135 and 17-136 adopted by the council on
November 27, 2017, a report amendment has been prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc., with
reference to the West Shadow Lake Area and LaMotte Area Street and Utility Project, to include
the making of improvements for the extension of municipal utilities, and
WHEREAS, this report amendment was received by the council on December 11, 2017, and
WHEREAS, the report amendment provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby
accepts the amended feasibility report, prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc., dated December 11,
2017.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Kusterman, Rafferty, Maher, Manthey eine
