RESOLUTION NO. 18-02
RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT AND AUTHORIZING DISTRIBUTION OF
LOCAL WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR REVIEW
WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, has prepared the City's Local Water Management Plan in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.235 and Minnesota Rules 8410;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
that the draft plan is hereby approved and city staff is authorized to distribute such plan to all
required agencies for review and comment.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of January, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Manthey, Maher, Stoesz, Reinert
