RESOLUTION NO. 18-04
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR SS PROPERTIES ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for SS Properties Addition with Resolution
No. 18-03 on January 22, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement between Scott & Shelley Properties, LLC and the
City of Lino Lakes for SS Properties Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of January, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member stoes z and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Stoesz, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert
