RESOLUTION NO. 18-27
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE 2015 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 15-155 of the Council adopted on December 28, 2015,
awarding the contract for the 2015 Surface Water Management Project to Olson's Excavating
Service.
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in the Final Payment documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes the final
payment is approved in the amount of $53,437.99.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of March, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon
vote being taken thereon, the followingvoted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Stoesz, Raffery, Maher, Reinert
