RESOLUTION NO. 18-29
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
FROM GREAT RIVER ENERGY OVER A PORTION OF HOLLY DRIVE EAST
WHEREAS, Great River Energy owns PID #34-31-22-21-0001 located west of Holly Drive
East; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the paved road surface of Holly Drive East extends onto this parcel
and provides access to 1381 Holly Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to obtain a perpetual easement for roadway purposes and clarify
any prescriptive rights; and
WHEREAS, Great River Energy has provided the City with a Right -of -Way Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby accepts the Right -of -Way Easement from Great River Energy.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of March, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, SToesz, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert
