RESOLUTION NO. 18-30
RESOLUTION APPROVING FENCE AGREEMENT WITH GREAT RIVER ENERGY
WHEREAS, Great River Energy owns PID #34-31-22-21-0001 located west of Holly Drive
East; and
WHEREAS, Great River Energy granted a right-of-way easement to the City via Resolution
No. 18-29; and
WHEREAS, Great River Energy owns and maintains a fence and gate located with the right-
of-way easement; and
WHEREAS, Great River Energy and the City wish to detail the responsibilities of each party
regarding the fence with a Fence Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Fence Agreement between Great River Energy and the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of March, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member stoes z and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
