RESOLUTION NO. 18-40
AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
WSB & ASSOCIATES
35E AREA DRAINAGE PROJECT APPRAISAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City is considering the need to construct drainage improvements to serve land
lying north of Main Street between the City of Hugo and Peltier Lake; and
WHEREAS, Phase 1 of the improvement will require acquisition of property for the
construction of said improvements; and
WHEREAS, The City is proposing to obtain land appraisals to assist with planning for the
proj ect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. That staff is authorized to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates for Appraisal and
Survey Services in the amount of $16,450.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of April, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
