RESOLUTION NO. 18-77
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, 2018 STREET MAINTENANCE (RECLAMITE) PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of a 2018 Street Maintenance
(Reclamite) Project, quotes were received:

WHEREAS, it appears that Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC. is the lowest responsible quote.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Corrective Asphalt
Materials LLC., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of a 2018 Street
Maintenance (Reclamite) Project according to the plans on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
Adopted by the Council of the City of. Lino Lakes this 25th day of June, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
