COUNTY OF ANOKA
RESOLUTION NO. 18-79
APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN
WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has submitted a peddlers license application to the city
clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of
the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and
WHEREAS, a background check on the company representatives who will be working in Lino
Lakes have been completed by the Public Safety Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota:
Jacob Belanger, Laine Fischer, Alexandros Balasis, Matthew Johnson Jr., Peter Knefelkamp,
Trevor Hartman, Thomas Storlien, Ryan Miller, Aspen Florey, Isak Larson, Jeffrey Lane, Luke
Meulepas, Samuel Halloran, Mitchell Munson, Luke Johnson, Minh Le, Emily Magistad,
Thomas Heil, Abubakar Dhanke, John Logan, Noah Wondimu, Travis Weis, Seamus McNiff,
David, Anderson, Nicholas Schmidt, Jennifer Afamefune and Halle scheer of Renewal by
Andersen are hereby authorized to vend for a period of six -months beginning June 26, 2018 and
ending December 26, 2018.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of June, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Stoesz, Manthey, Maher, Reinert

BACKGROUND
Renewal by Andersen, 2050 7th Avenue, North St. Paul, Minnesota 55019 has submitted
a peddler's license application to the city clerk's office. The company representatives
who will be working in Lino Lakes are Jacob Belanger, Laine Fischer, Alexandros
Balasis, Matthew Johnson Jr., Peter Knefelkamp, Trevor Hartman, Thomas Storlien,
Ryan Miller, Aspen Florey, Isak Larson, Jeffrey Lane, Luke Meulepas, Samuel Halloran,
Mitchell Munson, Luke Johnson, Minh Le, Emily Magistad, Thomas Heil, Abubakar
Dhanke, John Logan, Noah Wondimu, Travis Weis, Seamus McNiff, David, Anderson,
Nicholas Schmidt, Jennifer Afamefune and Halle scheer. They plan to travel through Lino
Lakes' neighborhoods setting up appointments for free estimates.
The City has received all the necessary forms required to issue this company a license.
This license is contingent upon the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department's background
checks.
The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's office for
review.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve Resolution No. 18-79, Approving the issuance of a peddler license for Renewal
by Andersen for a six month period June 26, 2018 through December 26, 2018.
