64 4A) Consider Donation of Seized Property — Public Safety Director Swenson reported that the
65 department is requesting authorization to donate forfeited bicycles. He noted the two non-profit
66 organizations that they propose to donate to. One of the organizations is at the request of the late
67 former Police Chief Livingston.

69 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the donations as recommended. Council Member Stoesz
70 seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.

76 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT

78 6A} Consider Resolution 18-89, Ordering the Project, Approving the Plans &Specifications and
79 Authorizing the Ad for Bid, 2018 Trunk Watermain and Trail Project -City Engineer Hankee
80 reviewed the written staff report, including noting the location of this year's proposed projects. Bid
81 results would be brought back to council and the project would be complete this year, except for seeding,
82 etc.

84 Council Member Stoesz asked if some residents will have water turned off during construction. Ms.
85 Hanke said she'd investigate but she doesn't believe that will be necessary. Ms. Hankee was asked to
86 consider the ebid process.

89 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.

91 613) Consider Resolution 18400, Approving Change Order No. 1, 2017 Trail Maintenance
92 Project — City Engineer Hankee reviewed her written report outlining a change order requested on the
93 2017 Trail Maintenance Project. She explained the necessary changes.

95 Council Member Rafferty asked for more information on the Century Farms North element and
96 received assurance the project would be completed this year.

98 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 184 00 as presented. Council Member
99 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.
