RESOLUTION NO. 18-100
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, 2017 TRAIL MAINTENANCE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 17-114 of the Council adopted October 9, 2017,
awarding the contract for the 2017 Trail Maintenance Project to Arcade Asphalt, Inc.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared in order to address additional soil
correction and concrete work for the project in the amount of $11,736.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that
Change Order No. 1 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of August, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council
Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Stoesz, Rafferty, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none (Absent - Maher)
