RESOLUTION NO. 18-129
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRADING AND TRUNK UTILITY AGREEMENT
FOR SADDLE CLUB 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for Saddle
Club 4th Addition on June 11, 2018, and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the grading and trunk utility construction plans and found it
to be consistent with the comprehensive plan, zoning and subdivision ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Grading and Trunk Utility Agreement between Dupont Holdings, LLC. and
the City of Lino Lakes for the Saddle Club 4th Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of October, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Stoesz, Rafferty, Manthey, Maher, Reinert
The following voted against same:
