RESOLUTION NO. 18-132
APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR COMCAST CABLE
WHEREAS, Scott Goertzen, sales representative for Comcast Cable has submitted a peddler
license application to the city clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Scott Goertzen has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino
Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check and
has found no reason to deny the license; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves
the request of Comcast Cable to sell services door to door for a period of six -months beginning
October 9, 2018 and ending April 9, 2019.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th of October, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Manthey, Maher, Stoesz, Reinert
