RESOLUTION NO. 18-138
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
2019 WATER TOWER NO. 3
WHEREAS, the City proposes to construct a composite style elevated water tower with a storage
capacity of 1.5 million gallons; and
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 17-90 Accepting the Water Storage Siting Study
on August 28, 2019, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
City staff is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with WSB and Associates,
Inc., in the amount of $98,904.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of October, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
,•� Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
