RESOLUTION NO. 18-139
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
NORTH EAST DRAINAGE TO PELTIER LAKE
WHEREAS, the City proposes to construct an open channel outlet to Peltier Lake and a
stormwater crossing under I-35E to provide an outlet to landlocked areas included within the
North East Drainage Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan Area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 17-127 Approving North East Lino Lakes
Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan on November 27, 2017, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
City staff is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with WSB and Associates,
Inc., in the amount of $135,000.00
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of October, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Stoesz, Maher, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none (Rafferty — abstain)
