RESOLUTION NO. 18-146
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRADING AND TRUNK UTILITY AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT FOR WATERMARK
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for the
Watermark development on June 13, 2016, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Grading and Utility Agreement for Watermark on
June 11, 2018 with Resolution No. 18-69, and
WHEREAS, the Developer (U.S. Homes Corp. d/b/a Lennar) wishes to amend the Grading and
Utility Agreement to expand the project scope, and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the grading and trunk utility construction plans and found it
to be consistent with the comprehensive plan, zoning and subdivision ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Grading and Trunk Utility Agreement Amendment between U.S. Homes
Corp. d/b/a Lennar and the City of Lino Lakes for the Watermark development and authorizes the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22'' day of October, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, SToesz, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none
