RESOLUTION NO. 18-150
APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR COMCAST CABLE
WHEREAS, Meghan O'Brien, Michael Nebel and Tyler Barr sales representatives for James
Hardie Building Products have submitted a peddler license application to the city clerk's office;
and
WHEREAS, representatives have complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the
Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check and
has found no reason to deny the license; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves
the request of Comcast Cable to sell services door to door for a period of six -months beginning
October 22, 2018 and ending April 22, 2019.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd of October, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none
