18 Mayor Reinert called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Work Room at
19 Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the meeting was closed, Mayor Reinert read a statement on
20 the purpose of the meeting - discussion of possible property acquisition in the area of
21 County Road 49 and J. The meeting was closed as a session of the city council pursuant
22 to the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing purchase or sale of city property.

24 The meeting was recorded and the recording will be retained in the Office of the City
25 Clerk as required under state statute.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
