Director Michael Grochala; Finance Director Sarah Cotton; Public Services Director Rick
DeGardner; City Engineer Diane Hankee; Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson;
1. Q4 2018 Public Safety Update - Public Safety Director Swenson reviewed a
PowerPoint presentation including information on the following:
- Case numbers generated;
- Medical calls for service;
- Fire division statistics;
- Mutual aid given and received;
- Criminal offense statistics;
- Arrest statistics;
- Felony case file submissions;
- 4t` Quarter notable events;
- Review of 2018 areas of focus.
The annual report will be posted on the department website.
2. Annual Advisory Board Appointments — The council called for a special
session to interview three applicants to be held February 11, 2019, at 6:00 p.m.
3. Review Regular Council Agenda of January 28, 2019 — the agenda was
reviewed and there were no changes.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
