RESOLUTION NO. 19-10
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE DEVELPOMENT AGREEMENT
FOR MAIN STREET SHOPPES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Main Street Shoppes 2"d Addition with
Resolution No. 19-09 on February 11, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement between CM Properties 14 LLC and the City of
Lino Lakes for Main Street Shoppes 2nd Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1 lth day of February, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member

vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
