RESOLUTION NO. 19-18
RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE FOR UTILITY CROSS PUBLIC WATERS
AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
WHEREAS, City staff completed an application for the License Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the license is considered necessary for the watermian installation as part of the
West Shadow Lake Area Improvement Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby Approves License for Utility to Cross Public Waters Agreement with Minnesota
Department of Natural Resources.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of February, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, SToesz, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert
