RESOLUTION NO.19-22
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, 2019 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2019 Surface Water
Maintenance Project, quotes were received: Arnt Construction Company Inc. in the amount of
$43,400.00, and Olson's Excavating Service in the amount of $184,426.60; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Arnt Construction Company Inc. is the lowest responsible quote; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Arnt Construction
Company Inc. in the amount of $43,400.00, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for the
construction of the 2019 Surface Water Maintenance Project according to the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 251h day of February, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Stoesz, Rafferty, Maher,
