HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-152 Council ResolutionCITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 18-152 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2019 COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON -UNION EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed and approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the Pay Equity Law; and WHEREAS, the compensation plan includes a 2.50 percent salary increase, effective January 1, 2019. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the following salary schedule by adopted.
