RESOLUTION NO. 18-181
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE 2019 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform mill and overlay on recommended street segments, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is ordering the project finding that it would be in the best interest of
the city to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes:
1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2019 Mill and
Overlay Project.
2. WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed
to prepare plans and specifications for the 2019 Mill & Overlay Project for an amount
not to exceed $37,784.00
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1 Oth day of December, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none (Abstain - Rafferty)
