ORDINANCE NO. 36
VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25, entitled "AN ORDINANCE
LICENSING AND REGULATING THE KEEPING OF DOGS, PROVIDING FOR THE
LICENSEING OF DOG KENNELS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 16", PASSED
BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON
JUNE 13, 1960
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota,
ordains as follows:
SECTION 1
Ordinance No. 25, passed on June 13, 1960, is hereby
amended, by deleting the Section Numbered 5 thereof, and replacing
said Section 5 so that the same shall read as follows:
SECTION 5. AGES OF DOGS.
For the purpose of this Ordinance, puppies or young dogs
shall be considered as full grown dogs within the purview of this
Ordinance, and subject to all provisions herein contained, when such
puppies or young dogs attain the age of six (6) months, from date of
birth.
SECTION 2.
The words "PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF DOG KENNELS",
in the caption of said Ordinance No. 25, are hereby deleted. -
SECTION 3.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 25 shall stand
and all other parts thereof be effective as passed.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota, this 25th day of May, 1964.
