VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1, III COMERCIAL, OF ORDINANCE
NO. 6, OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
ORDINANCE NO. 6, entitled,
"An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health,
Safety, Order, Convenience and General Welfare by
Regulating the Location, Size and Height of Buildings,
the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, the Density
of Population and Designating the Boundaries of
Districts for said Purposes and Relating to a.Hd
Regulating the Construction, Alteration, Repair,
Conversion, Removal, Demolition, Use and Maintenance
of Plumbing, Electrical Wiring, Heating and
Ventilating, Sewer and Water Connections, all
within the limits of the Village of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota."
passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota on the 18th day of July, 1955.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes ordains:
SECTION 1, III COMMERCIAL, OF ORDINANCE NO. 6, is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
(A) AREA
(e) All that part of the following described real
estate lying Westerly of a line drawn 300 feet
Westerly of and parallel with the Westerly right
of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 8, as now
laid out and traveled, to -wit:
All that part of the East Half of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 17, Town 31, North, Range 21
West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as
follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the South
line of said E2 of NW4 with the Westerly right of way
line of Trunk Highway No. 8 as now established;
thence on an assumed bearing of N 24° 56' E along said
Westerly road line a distance of 1155.6 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continuing N 24° 56' E
along said Westerly road line, 420 feet to the Southerly
right of way line of the Southeast ramp of Trunk
Highway No_. 35W; thence N-8.5°_ 041__ Lalnng said
Southerly right of way line, 5.51 feet to point of
tangential curve to the left; thence Westerly along
said curve in the right of way line with a radius
of 493.53 feet, central angle of 19°41' 09", in an
arc length of 169.57 feet to point of tangency;
thence S 750 14' 51" W along said Southerly right of
way line, 354.32 feet to point of tangential curve
to the left; thence Southwesterly along said curve in
the right of way line with a radius of 866.91 feet,
central angle of 22° 26' 59", an arc length of 339.67
feet to point of tangency, which point is the point
of intersection with a line that bears N 78° 35' 30" W
from the point of beinning; thence S 78° 35' 30" E,
652.6 feet to the point of beginning, containing
4 acres more or less. Any right of title in said
adjacent T. H. No. 8 is included to the centerline
thereof.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and publication according to law.
