LINO LAKES VILLAGE
ORDINANCE 6 C
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION III COMMERCIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF
LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, ENTITLED,
"An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health, Safety, Order,
Convenience and General Welfare by regulating the Location, Size.
and Height of Buildings, the. Arrangement of Buildings on Lots,
the Density of Population and Designating the Boundaries of Districts
for said Purposes and relating to and Regulating the Construction,
Alteration, Repair, Conversion, Removal, Demolition, use and
Maintenance. of Plumbing, Electrical Wiring, Heating and Ventilating,
Sewer and Water Connections, all within the limits of the. Village
of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, passed by the. Village Council of the
Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota on the 18th day of July, 1955."
The. Village. Council of the Village of Lino Lakes ordains:
SECTION III COMMERCIAL of ORDINANCE NO. 6, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:

of the Northeast
Thirty-one (31)
Twenty-two (22),
feet of the South 285.98 feet
5 feet of the. Southeast Quarter
Quarter (SE 4 of NE 4) of Section
Township Thirty-one (31), Range
Anoka County, Minnesota
II.
Saveas above amended, said ordinance No. 6 shall stand as
initially adopted and previously amended.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the Village Council of the. Village. of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota, on January 24, 1966.
