ORDINANCE NO. 6 D
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION III COMMERCIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF
LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, ENTITLED
"An Ordinance for the purpose of promoting Health, Safety, Order,
Convenience and General Welfare by regulating the location, Size
and Heights of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots,
the Density of Population and Designating the Boundaries of Dis-
tricts for said Purposes and relating to and Regulating the
Construction, Alteration, Repair, Conversion, Removal, Demolition,
use and Maintenance of Plumbing, Electrical Wiring, Heating and
Ventilating, Sewer and Water Connections, all within the limits of
the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council
of the Village of Liao Lakes, Minnesota on the l8th day of July, 1955."
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakc ordains
SECTION III COMMERCIAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 6, is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
(A) AREA
(h) That part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (NW4 of NE4) of Section Twenty-
four (24), Township Thirty-one (31) North of
Range Twenty-two (22) West, of the. Fourth Principal
Meridian, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South line of said North-
west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW4 of NE4)
approximately One Thousand Seventy-eight and Twenty-
five hundredths (1078.25) feet West from the South-
east corner thereof, thence North parallel to the. East
line thereof, Eight (80) feet to the point of beginning;
thence East Three Hundred Thirty-five (335) feet along
the state highway right of way to a point where the
state highway right of way makes a Ninety degree (90°)
turn South, thence South along the state highway right
of way line for Twenty-five (25) feet to a point where
the state highway right of way linemakes a Ninety
degree (90°) turn East, thence Fifty (50) feet along said
state highway right of way line to a point; thence
North One Hundred Seventy-five (175) feet to a point, thence
West Four Hundred Thirty (430) feet to thestatehighway
right of way line; thence Southeasterly along said State
highway right of way line; for approximately One. Hundred
Fifty-six and Seven Tenths (156.7) feet to the point of
beginning.
II.
Save as above amended, said ordinance No. 6 shall stand as
initially adopted and previously amended.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 111 COMMERCIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES,
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PROMOTION HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE AND GENERAL WELFARE
BY REGULATING THE LOCATION, SIZE AND HEIGHTS OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE
DENSITY OF PUPULATION AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID
PURPOSES AND RELATING TO AND REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, REPAIR,
