THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25 OF THE VILLAGE OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE LICENSING
AND REGULATING THE KEEPING OF DOGS, PROVIDING FOR THE
LICENSING OF DOG KENNELS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 16"
PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON JUNE 13, 1960, AS AMENDED.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 25,
amended, is hereby further amended
of SECTION 4, IMPOUNDING, thereof,
follows:
passed on June 13, 1960, as
by changing the last sentence
so the same shall read as
An impounding fee of $5.00 and a charge of $1.00 per day for
feeding shall be charged for any dog impounded.
Section 2. Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 25
shall stand and be effective as passed and previously amended.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective
and publication as required by law.

Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota,
this 27th day of December, 1966.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25 OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, M'!INNESOTA,
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REruLATING THE KEEPING OF DOCS, PROVIDING FOR
THE LICENSING OF DOG KENNELS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO..16" PASSED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL ON JTTJE 13, 1960, AS AMENDED.
The Village Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 25, passed on June 13, 1960, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing the last sentence of SECTION 4, I"1POt1NDING, thereof, so
the same shall read as follows:
An impounding fee'of $5.00 and a charge of $1.00 per day for feeding shall be
charged for any dog impounded.
Section 2. Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 25 shall stand and be
effective as passed and previously amended.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and Publication
as required by law.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Nennesota, this
27th day of December, 1966.
