HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-001B Council Ordinances111,7 ORDINANCE NO. 1B AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ON JUNE 16, 1955, AS AMENDED, AND ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REGULATING THE SALE OF NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUORS AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOFF."' THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: I. ORDINANCE NO. 1, passed by the Village Council on June 16, 1955, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending the third paragraph of SECTION 6. Conditions of Licenses, thereof, so that the same shall read as follows: Licenses hereunder shall be issued only to persons who are citizens of the United States and residents of the State of Minnesota and who are of good moral character and repute. II. Save for the foregoing amendment, said Ordinance No. 1 shall stand and be effective as originally passed and as previously amended. III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
